O&M - Solar Farm
The 340+ MW solar farms of SchneiTec is managed by its own O&M teams whose job is to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the solar farm. A small but focused team of electrical engineers manage the operation of the farms with the support from project teams recruited from the surrounding villages to ensure continuous operation though out the day. Down time is minimized or eliminated through on going inspection and preventive maintenance and repairs scheduled to happen at night when the farms are not generating energy.
